The reason it is a fear food is because no one should be eating sugar and processed flour or fried foods. We as humans were only designed to eat like all other wild creatures …. A certain diet. That natural diet is fruits nuts and leafy greens . In nature there’s no way we could find enough grains or sugar or fats to even get fat. The cookies and candy wasn’t supposed to ever exist lol

I'm 14, currently living with an ED as well. Honestly, I'm glad to see there are people that are comfortable with speaking up about this. A lot of people typically just brush it off as an "Oh, you're just being dramatic", hence leading me to just try and keep it to and solve it myself, constantly going on-off. I hope I can end up like this again, as the me who didn't care, the me who just ate what I wanted, not just eating every few days just to survive.

I just found you!!💜💜. It so lonely not having a job or purpose (as we do feel being jobless). I lost All my jobs. From home to helping friends when needed. All because of a disorder 😢 the most painful job I lost was taking care of my 5yr old granddaughter. I’m trying to get stronger and when I DO. IM GOING TO DO SO MUCH MORE AS LONG AS I CAN. Hi, I’m upcoming 10th grade student and I’ve been thinking about a profession for me in the future and top 3 choices are Engineering, Medicine and Law. I don’t know which one to choose honestly since I love these 3 careers. Although I might choose Engineering but apart from it there’s a part of me that want to pursue law but I am honestly a very introvert person and I don’t like public speaking especially debates because I am so emotional and by thinking that while debating I might cry🥲 but apart from it I also heard that it is expensive? I live in Asia and I’m not rich to go to law school especially in Oxford University. It’s been my dream to study in Oxford since I was in 8th grade despite being a broke teen, I’m longing to study at Oxford. Do you have any tips to what subjects need to more focus on in law? And also my English is not very good since it’s my 3rd language but I’m improving it. But if I ended up choosing Engineering, I will still study law :)
